Sawn timber can be supplied either green rough-sawn, or kiln dried rough sawn. It is also the raw material for furniture-making and other items requiring additional cutting and shaping. Finished sawn timber is supplied in standard sizes, mostly for the construction and furniture industry. It is predominantly use for structural purposes but has many other uses as well.
